DATELINE
NBC
"Dateline NBC," the signature broadcast
for NBC News in primetime, premiered in 1992. Since then
the program has established itself as an innovator in primetime
news programming.
This multi-night franchise, supplemented by frequent specials,
allows NBC News to present the highest-quality reporting
and investigative features consistently and comprehensively.
An intergral part of each broadcast are the graphics. Opening
and bumper animations and 3D recreations all help bring
each news story to life. The inovative look of the program
has established Dateline as a design leader among other
news magazine formats.
"Dateline NBC" has been honored for excellence in journalism,
production, art direction, scenic design, graphics and lighting.
Inclusive of News and Documentary Emmy awards, Alfred I.
DuPont-Columbia University Award silver baton, Edward R.
Murrow awards, American Women in Radio and Television Gracie
Awards, an Investigative Reporter and Editor award, National
Headliner awards, and the National Association of Black
Journalist awards.
